The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing details
All frames are measured in inches unless stated otherwise. Should you wish to enquire about a custom order in a particular size, please don't hesitate to contact me here on Etsy.
Care instructions
All frames should be mounted or displayed safely using the appropriate tools.
Keep out of direct sunlight and do not mount in damp areas like a bathroom or shed area, this could damage the frame over time.
Due to the majority of frames having glass inserts please keep out of reach from children.
To maintain the outer glass the best thing to use is an everyday glass cleaner product onto some kitchen towel or a cloth and wipe clean.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All our gift wrap is eco-friendly, we use brown paper with recycled brown tape wrapped with blue cotton twine complete with a paper bow and wooden gift tag for your gift message.
Gift wrap is £4.00 extra and can be added at the check out.
